I recently completed my treatment with Dr. Sadreshkevary, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and well-managed. Thanks to Dr. Sadreshkevary’s expertise, I completed my treatment in just 13 months, even though I was initially told it could take 18–24 months. I’m very satisfied with both the care I received and my final results. I highly recommend Dr. Sadreshkevary to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care.

3 stars because the current orthodontist at the Forest Hills Austin Street location does not communicate well with patients. She often explains procedures to the dental assistant rather than directly to the patient, making it feel as though you are not part of the conversation. As someone who works in healthcare, I believe patient communication is important in every healthcare profession. She rarely explains what she is about to do before beginning treatment. Most of the communication consists of instructions such as where to position your head or brief comments like, “I’m going to polish.” There is little to no explanation about the procedure itself, what to expect, or whether there may be any pain or discomfort. I also found her demeanor unapproachable. When I asked questions or voiced concerns, her responses often felt dismissive. Additionally, her work seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. For example, she drilled between my teeth and left noticeable ridges. At the end of my treatment, she was supposed to remove all of the bonding glue, but there was still a significant amount left on my teeth that I ended up removing myself. They told us our kid should do a pre-braces which would help when his teeth grow in and would help with how long he has the real braces on. Turns out it did nothing and was a waste of a lot of money. He has had braces for almost 3yrs and every time we go they tell us different things on when he will get them off, mainly because he keeps seeing different orthodontists and they are saying different things to us. They keep putting brackets on and he keeps breaking them off because he grinds he teeth but they won’t listen and we constantly have to make emergency meetings to get them fixed. Also because one dentist isn’t talking to the others. Unfortunately we’ve been stuck with this place for years but would never recommend to anyone.

Excellent everything was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. There was no long wait. My son started his first treatment and I was very pleased with the outcome.

My daughter recently completed her orthodontic treatment and overall had a smooth and positive experience. The team was professional, informative, and made sure we understood each step of the process. Appointments were generally on time. The procedure itself was straightforward, and we appreciated the consistent communication between us. My son started his own treatment and is currently satisfied with the experience.
